Polyurethane screens for raw mineral material sorting and dewatering process.
Applied material - polyurethane elastomer - shows great resistance for abrasion and wear, and elasticity. This provides outstanding long lifetime and reduces noise. Wide range of constructions allows to choose best solutions. Mesh size - slot meshes 0.4 - 5 mm and square meshes 1.6 - 150 mm allows to reach any grain-size distribution.

1. Pin system screens

Pin system screens are perforated polyurethane plates, dimensioned 1000*300 mm. They are mounted on specialy prepared sorter deck. This construction allows immediate assembly and disassembly. Screens don't need adjustment, sorter deck is flat and tight.

2. Modular screens

Modular screens called from way of fixing punched screens, are small areas dimensioned 434 * 404 mm. They have swallow tail fasteners, used to mount to sorter. This construction allows immediate assembly and disassembly. Screens don't need adjustment, sorter deck is flat and tight.

3. Segment screens

Segment screens are perforated polyurethane plates reinforced with steel bars. They may be used instead of tensioned screens without changing sorter deck construction. Thanks to stiffness of the bars screens are mounted by holding down to deck by side strips and blocked by polyurethane wedges. Screens don't need adjustment, sorter deck is tight.
